To clean it, you can wipe it delicately using a clean and soft cloth. When not in use, we recommend to store the product in its protective bag in a cool and dry place.
We aim to ship your order within 2-3 business days after you placed it. Depending on the destination shipping times vary. Within Germany: 2-3 days, within Europe: 4-7 days. International: 10-20 business days. All orders are shipped via DHL from our Warehouse in Germany.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
This depends on your delivery destination. Orders within Germany take between 2-3 business days, orders within Europe 4-7 business days and international orders up to 12 business days. Please note, that we ship all our orders with DHL.
Both standard and express shipping include parcel insurance.
