SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be read in conjunction with our main Terms. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing our products. These terms apply to all orders you place with us.


WHAT SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

We offer standard shipping options as follows:

Starting from 13th January 2025, free worldwide shipping will only apply to orders over 150€. For orders below this amount, the following small shipping fees will apply:

  • Germany: 5€
  • Europe: 8€
  • International: 15€

Please note: All delivery times and dates are provided to the best of our knowledge but are estimates only.


SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU (INCLUDING NON-EU COUNTRIES IN EUROPE)

For shipments to countries outside the EU, additional surcharges, import duties, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Noirblanc.

In the case of returns, Noirblanc is not responsible for refunding any government-imposed fees, including customs duties or import taxes. Customers may contact their local customs office to inquire about the process for reclaiming these charges.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. For questions regarding customs processes, please contact us at customs@noirblancbags.com.

Please note: Some international deliveries may be subject to specific rules, restrictions, or additional duties and taxes beyond our control. In such cases, customers are responsible for complying with the laws of their country and covering any associated fees or taxes.


ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday).

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

For EU and UK Customers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Service.


UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

 

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer,
  • Failure to collect the package within the carrier's specified time frame, or
  • Refusal of delivery,

 

and the package is returned to Noirblanc, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost as well as the return shipping fees. These costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
